All photographs, including but not limited to “sneak peek” images, online proofing gallery images, website content, blog posts, Google Photos/Albums and social media content (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X), as well as printed or other physical copies, are the exclusive intellectual property of KTG Photography LLC. Each image includes embedded copyright metadata and/or visible watermarking to assert authorship and deter infringement.


It is illegal to copy, screenshot, scan, download, print, reproduce, share, alter, publish, or otherwise use any image created by KTG Photography LLC without prior written permission. This includes entering images into photo contests or using them in any way that constitutes publication or commercial use. Unauthorized use of any image in any form is considered copyright infringement and will be subject to legal enforcement.


Personal Use License

Clients who purchase images from KTG Photography LLC are granted a limited personal-use license only. This license:

  • Does not authorize the client to publish, sell, or alter any image.
  • Does not permit entry of images into photo contests, publications, digital creations, college commitment posts or online promotions without written consent.
  • Is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
  • Any such actions without written permission from the photographer will be treated as a violation of copyright law.


Unauthorized Use and Enforcement

If any image is stolen, misused, or accessed without permission—via downloading, screen capturing, sharing, printing, scanning, editing, or any other method—the client or infringer will be invoiced for each unauthorized digital image at the photographer’s current commercial or personal-use rate, depending on the nature and scope of the infringement.


Failure to pay the invoice may result in legal action, including but not limited to civil litigation for damages, attorney’s fees, and statutory penalties as provided under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).
